Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is hiring CNAs for full-time nights and part-time night shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new CNAs and internal referrals can earn $1,500 for successful hires on night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines to provide comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
