Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time night shift at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. The 0.6 FTE role covers 24 hours per week, with two 12-hour shifts (7p–7a) and rotating weekends/holidays.

Provides basic, patient-focused care under RN supervision, with emphasis on dignity and holistic treatment. CPR/BLS required within 45 days; no prior experience needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HSED required.
• CNA - Nurse Aide in good standing per State Registry.
• CPR - BLS for Healthcare Providers within 45 days.
• No experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic, patient-focused care under daily direction and RN supervision.
