Qualifications

• CPR (Heart Saver) certification within 6 months of employment; Nursing Assistant certification in Illinois preferred.

Responsibilities

• Introduce self to patients and orient them to care.
• Respond to call lights and assist with daily activities.
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and comfort as directed.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and transportation of patients.
• Document patient information and communicate with the care team.
