Southern Health Partners is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA) or Certified Medication Aide for a full-time night-shift role at Madison County Jail in Huntsville, Alabama. Work 12-hour rotating shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:30 AM, including every other weekend.

Night and weekend differential, plus sign-on and retention bonuses are available. You will assist with patient intake, vital signs, medication administration, and EMR documentation in a structured correctional healthcare setting.

Qualifikationen

• Certification as CCMA, CMA, or Certified Medication Aide.

Aufgaben

• Assist with patient intake, assessments, and vital signs
• Support medication administration within your certification, authorized duties, and applicable regulations
• Prepare patients for provider visits, examinations, and treatments
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Assist with medication passes and routine healthcare duties
• Recognize and report changes in patient condition and respond appropriately to urgent medical needs
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate, quality patient care
