Southern Health Partners, Inc. is hiring for a Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA) or Certified Medication Aide to join the night-shift team at Madison County Jail in Huntsville, Alabama.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:30 AM, with every other weekend, and benefit from night differential and available sign-on/retention bonuses. This full-time role emphasizes patient intake, vital signs, medication administration within your certification, documentation, and

• Certification as a CMA/CCMA or Certified Medication Aide.
• Experience or ability to perform MCMA duties in a secure healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of patient intake, assessments, and vital sign measurements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient intake, assessments and vital signs.
• Support medication administration within certified duties and regulations.
• Prepare patients for provider visits, examinations, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Assist with medication passes and routine healthcare duties.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond to urgent needs.
