Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) required.
- Residency in Pharmacy Practice - General preferred; Oncology preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience; ACLS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to diverse patient populations.
- Compound and dispense medications to optimize outcomes safely.
- Perform medication therapy evaluations and advise staff and patients.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and cost-effective operations.
