Piedmont Cartersville in Cartersville, GA, is seeking a Pharmacist to join our hospital team on site. You will review, compound, dispense and monitor medication therapy across all ages, supervise pharmacy technicians, and participate in patient-focused care to optimize therapy.

This 7 on/7 off schedule runs Wednesday night through Tuesday night, 9:00 pm–7:30 am, and requires graduation from an ACPE-accredited school and Georgia licensure upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor’s or higher in Pharmacy.
• No experience required; hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Pharmacist license in Georgia required upon hire (PHARMD).

Responsabilités

• Performs duties of distribution, documentation and compounding for drugs, solutions and equipment.
• Reviews, compounding, dispensing and monitoring medication therapy across all age groups.
