You will work evenings and nights, coordinating with the Transfer Center, Nursing Office, and various hospital systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to work in multiple systems concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts; strong scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: allocate personnel based on unit need and guidelines; monitor overtime.
• Maintain schedules, verify payroll, and track staff qualifications.
• Assist in admission/transfer processes and bed assignments with Cerner/RightBed.
• Coordinate with Transfer Center Coordinators and House Supervisors; support morgue/family info as needed.
