Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Progressive Care to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and to coordinate all unit functions. In partnership with management, the CNC will monitor nursing care and serve as a resource for staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration, coaching and training, scheduling support, and ongoing efforts to improve patient outcomes within a large hospital system.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS certifications required within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN Licensure required; RN Diploma or degree as stated in job postings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
