The role emphasizes rounds with orientation, coaching, and collaboration with educators to identify learning needs, deliver structured education, and support safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 2 years of nursing experience; preferred: Charge Nurse experience.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds with orientation-bound clinical nurses to provide education and support for safe care.
• Collaborates with unit educators and preceptors to assess learning needs.
• Delivers learning activities related to clinical competencies, policies, regulations, and IT use.
• Serves as a mentor to new clinical staff and helps evaluate performance with unit leadership.
