UCHealth is seeking a part-time on-site Clinical Education RN to serve as an education resource for nurses on orientation at the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. The role emphasizes bedside teaching, rounding with orienting staff, and collaboration with educators to ensure safe patient care.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, and BLS; 2+ years nursing experience with preceptor skills preferred. Night shifts, 24 hours per pay period, with a pay range of $38.91–$60.31 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• State RN licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; preferred charge nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds with clinical nurses on orientation to provide education and clinical support.
• Collaborate with unit educators and preceptors to assess learning needs.
• Deliver learning activities related to clinical competencies and policies.
• Mentor new staff and evaluate clinical performance in collaboration with leadership.
