UVA Community Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Culpeper/Northern Virginia team. You will lead care decisions, collaborate with physicians, and support patients and families through planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure, and CPR. CPI certification is required within three months for specified areas. This is a full‑time nights position with physical demands as described in the job posting.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
• CPI certification within three months of hire required for Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, and CSSO.

Responsabilidades

• Lead healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to promote optimal health.
• Provide and document patient care under supervision of management.
• Administer medications using the five rights and monitor patient responses.
