Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for the Clinical Command Center to oversee 24/7 patient throughput, bed management, and transfer coordination across the health system.

This role leads cross-functional teams, partners with nursing, medical, quality leadership, and senior executives to optimize admissions, discharges, and inter-facility transfers, ensuring compliant, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Logistics teams in the coordination of patient movement and bed assignments, based on appropriate level of care and patient aggregation from health-system Emergency Departments, Perioperative Services, Direct Admissions, patient transfers, within the hospital and transfers from other hospitals identified by the Transfer Center, for health-system admission.
