Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations within the program and uses data-driven problem solving to improve processes and outcomes.
• Recruits, orients, trains, coaches, counsels, mentors, disciplines, and evaluates staff per policies.
• Develops, maintains, and reconciles departmental budget and oversees financial aspects.
• Plans and updates standard operating procedures and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates educational and performance improvement activities with Nursing, Medical and Quality Leadership.
• Develops action plans to support clinical performance and provides educational resources to nursing care delivery.
