Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in Basic Life Support or HeartSaver First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direct patient care by providing basic physical care as directed by a Registered Nurse.
• Help patients with activities of daily living and bed-making.
• Transport patients and specimens safely within the facility.
• Perform routine phlebotomy and glucose monitoring per policy.
• Record vital signs and assist with examinations and procedures.
