Job summary

Avantor in Aurora, Ohio is seeking Cleanroom Technicians to perform fabrication, assembly and testing in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will operate equipment, follow process specifications, and maintain safety and quality while contributing to high standards of cGMP compliance.

The role requires 0–2 years in production within a cleanroom, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools. Shift is 11:00pm–7:30am, Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent (GED).
• 0-2 years production experience in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and assist in set-up of workstations according to process specifications.
• Weigh and fill chemicals or bulk products per Work Order (PWO) and verify accuracy.
• Maintain ISO Class 7 cleanliness and follow cGMP policies; handle hazardous materials with proper safety equipment.
• Complete documentation legibly and ensure accuracy of records.
• Package finished products for shipping and support continuous improvement initiatives.
