Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Production Technician I to manufacture, assemble, and package Bioprocess Containers in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will follow SOPs, WIDs, and blueprints to perform assembly, material handling, equipment operation, and packaging, while participating in our Technician Training Program.

Eligible candidates will work the third shift, 10-hour nights, Monday through Thursday, 6:00pm–5:00am, and contribute to quality and process improvements while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous work experience required.
• Preferred experience in a cGMP environment, manufacturing, operations, production, or warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and package finished products for shipment.
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials.
• Use tools and equipment including computers, calculators, measuring tools, hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.
• Follow safety standards and cGMP requirements; adhere to SOPs and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation during tasks.
• Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI) activities.
• Work effectively to meet goals as an individual and as a team.
• Complete training and focus on personal development.
