Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing & Packaging Technician to join our production team. In a fast-paced, regulated cleanroom, you will produce, weigh, sample, and package life sciences products while upholding safety and strict quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–4 years’ experience (training provided), and strong teamwork. Expect shift from Mon-Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM with pay of $18.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Attention to Detail: follow complex procedures with accuracy.
• Teamwork: ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical: able to stand, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Fast-paced, regulated cleanroom environment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and inspect products according to detailed instructions.
• Operate machinery and use various hand tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure product quality.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to meet production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean activities.
