Employee Workplace is hiring a Cleanroom Technician in Aurora, OH to support chemical processing, packaging and material handling in a regulated environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and forklift experience, with preference for cleanroom exposure and lean manufacturing knowledge. You will work Monday–Friday in a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, lifting up to 50 pounds and following strict safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior tow motor/forklift experience required.
• Production, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Cleanroom experience preferred but not required.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and interpreting engineering drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, fill, and package chemical products according to production work orders.
• Operate and calibrate production scales and manufacturing equipment.
• Set up, clean, and maintain filling, sealing, autoclave, and packaging systems.
• Follow ISO Class 7 cleanroom procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Complete production documentation accurately and legibly.
• Handle hazardous materials while following established safety protocols.
• Perform quality inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Assist with material movement using a tow motor/forklift.

Technical Responsibilities
