Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) in Columbus, OH. The Night Manager will assist with contract compliance and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors while supporting client expectations during the evening shift.

Must have strong management and communication abilities, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with night driving. Training includes a two-week daytime period before starting the evening shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or janitorial services preferred.
• Strong management and communication skills required.
• Ability to drive within a localized territory and work the evening/night shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract compliance for designated building maintenance services.
• Review client contracts to ensure work meets expectations.
• Lead and motivate Independent Contractors and ensure client satisfaction.
