Job summary

RamClean is seeking a Nighttime Area Operations Supervisor in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas to oversee multiple sites, coordinate scheduling, and maintain premium cleaning standards. The role demands strong leadership and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, client-focused environments.

You will lead a high-performing team, use GPS-driven reporting (Swept), and collaborate with sales to onboard new clients while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• 24+ years in janitorial/facility or multi-site service leadership.
• Strong people leadership and customer communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile apps for time, inspections, and messaging (Swept preferred).
• Working knowledge of safety practices (PPE, chemical handling).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage janitorial staff across multiple Columbus-area sites.
• Oversee scheduling, inspections, and quality control to maintain premium service standards.
• Partner with recruiting to hire and onboard top performers.
• Daily reporting and reviewing using GPS-based mobile app (Swept) - approving hours, identifying GPS errors.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to onboard new clients and specialty services.
• Perform comprehensive account inspections to maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage supply ordering and inventory.
