Responsibilities

• Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, motivate, and direct night shift staff to meet production and performance goals.
• Monitor and enforce cleantech processes, environmental compliance, and operational procedures.
• Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and manage employee scheduling and attendance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating critical problems as needed.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and production records.
• Coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of operations.
