Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in North Carolina is seeking a Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) to oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services and maintain client relationships with independent contractors. The Night Manager reviews client contracts and ensures work meets expectations.

Ideal candidates will have strong management and communication skills, the ability to drive within a localized territory, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with scope of work and policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing immediate attention, including nightly recap.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, tools, and equipment usage.
