Job summary

Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a FT Night Cleaning Float (Mon-Fri, 5pm–1:30am) to keep multiple central Ohio buildings clean and orderly. This role requires traveling to several sites within a shift and includes duties such as sweeping, mopping, restroom service, window washing, and trash disposal.

The candidate should have commercial cleaning experience, floor maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while following safety

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Floor maintenance knowledge desired.
• Knowledge of Central Ohio roads is beneficial.
• Experience with cleaners and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Wash windows.
• Clean furniture or fixtures.
• Disinfect high touch areas.
• Dust and sanitize surfaces.
• Dispose of trash or waste.
• Strip, wax and recoat floors as needed.
• Identify and report safety issues.
