You will supervise shift leads, enforce lean methods, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating training and staffing for off-hours coverage. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in SAP.
• Experience in OSHA requirements.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead/drive change and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift leads and production teams to meet daily goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate training and staff scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Maintain production records and equipment inspections.
