Job Summary

Responsible for following manufacturing instructions to perform production and shipping related duties to ensure on‑time production and shipment of product while adhering to high standards of quality, safety and customer service.

Work Hours

3rd Shift 11p.m.–6a.m.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and in accordance with training and work instructions to ensure product quality.
• Prepare mixing vessels, pumps and hoses for material unloading.
• Inspect containers before filling for cleanliness and integrity.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and calculate yields.
• Store and stage inventory for batch preparation and shipping.
• Assist in inventory tracking and counts.
• Load raw materials into production vessels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; strictly adhere to plant safety policies.
• Provide containment, reporting and cleanup for spills or leaks.
• Operate forklifts and other motorized vehicles safely.
• Hold team members accountable for safety and quality procedures.
• Participate routinely in the site safety committee.
• Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–1 year manufacturing experience (preferred). 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills; precise and accurate with figures.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team‑oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lb bags and 500lb drums with mechanical equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk great distances, work in small spaces and at heights.
• Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock risk, and noise.
