Job summary

Winona Foods is hiring a Team Lead for the Green Bay facility (3rd shift, 10:00pm–6:00am). You will guide the line team to ensure safe performance, proper setup, and quality output, while maintaining clean, GMP-compliant operations.

This role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliability, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include directing team members, training, safety adherence, inventory control, and collaboration with Maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Windows-based computer system and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents.
• Ability to write standard documentation.
• Ability to effectively present information to other employees in the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to team members including safe job performance, proper line setup, paperwork verification, job responsibilities, work area cleanliness, and quality of production.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Provide support for line samples and team member training.
• Check-ins for all team members to ensure support and engagement.
• Communicate with Maintenance to provide insight into line breakdowns.
• Assist Supervisor to drive and test process improvements, and train Back-Up Supervisors/Operators as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory control of all packaging materials and finished goods pallets.
