Grande Cheese Company in Chilton, WI is hiring a Team Lead for our new state-of-the-art cheese facility. You will lead Production Associates on weekend night shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across production, processing, and distribution.

This role operates within a HPWT environment, offering growth opportunities and a three 12‑hour shift week with full-time earnings. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, cheesemaker's license, and dairy manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Cheesemaker's license required.
• 3+ years in dairy manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor others; make decisions.
• Strong math, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Production Associates while ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations across production, processing, and distribution.
• Coordinate daily activities, provide real‑time direction and coaching, and drive performance with focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
