Job summary

Winona Foods is seeking a Team Lead for the 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am) in Green Bay, WI. This full-time role oversees line performance, provides direction to team members, ensures safe operations, and supports training and process improvements.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office. GMP compliance and inventory control are essential."

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least six months of related experience to become familiar with processes and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with a Windows-based computer system and Microsoft Office programs is necessary.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents.
• Ability to write standard documentation.
• Ability to effectively present information to other employees in the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas.
• Support line samples and team member training.
• Check-ins for all team members to ensure support and engagement.

• $29.00per hour (including incentive)

• Job Location: Green Bay, WI

Summary:

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Lead works closely with the employees on their respective line to while providing direction to drive overall performance in the department.

Job Duties:

1. Provide direction to team members including but not limited to:
   1. Safe job performance
   2. Proper line set-up
   3. Paperwork verification
   4. Job responsibilities
   5. Work area cleanliness
   6. Quality of production
2. Follow all safety protocols
3. Provide support for line samples
4. Provide support for team member training
5. Check-ins for all team members to ensure support and engagement
6. Communicate with Maintenance to provide insight into line breakdowns
7. Assist Supervisor to drive and test process improvements
8. Train to Back-Up Supervisor on an as-needed basis
9. Train to Back-Up Operators on an as-needed basis
10. Accurate inventory Control of all packaging materials and finished goods pallets
11. Maintain a clean work environment
12. Comply with GMP standards as set forth by company
13. Sanitation and all other duties as assigned
