Job summary

Winona Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a General Labor team member to assist in packaging and palletizing finished cheese products. You’ll follow GMP standards, operate pallet jacks, and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Shifts run 9:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with shift differential, PTO after 60 days, paid holidays, and opportunities for overtime and attendance incentives.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all essential duties of the role.
• Strong attention to detail and GMP compliance.
• Comfort operating pallet jacks and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Put finished products into designated corrugated boxes following all casing protocols.
• Check products for proper code date information.
• Palletize cases according to the required pallet configuration.
• Operate pallet jack (manual or electric) to move completed pallets of finished goods.
• Communicate with Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance regarding any packaging issues.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Comply with GMP standards as set forth by the company.
• In the event of downtime, work in other areas as directed by your supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• All other duties as assigned.
