Job summary

Sabrosura Foods, LLC in Monticello, WI, is hiring for a packaging and sanitation associate on the night shift. You will perform form filling, carting cheese, brining, shoveling, and palletizing while strictly following GMP, SSOPs, and safety rules in a warm, wet, and noisy environment.

Preferred is a high school diploma or equivalent; food manufacturing experience is helpful. The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, Monday–Friday, 11:00pm–7:30am, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Processing responsibilities include filling forms, carting cheese, shoveling curd, form setup, palletize and/or tote product following all SOPs.
• Moving cheese in and out of brining baths and sanitation duties with SSOPs.
• Strict adherence to GMPs; keep area clean and follow Safety/PPE protocols; report unsafe conditions to plant management.
• Accurate recordkeeping including SQF documentation and other required documents.
