Job summary

Agropur in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Packager to ensure products are packaged cleanly and efficiently during a 2-2-3 night schedule from 7pm to 7am. You will support Fresh Stick, Spiral Freezer, Xray, and Sorter areas as needed to meet production and quality goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and at least 1 year in manufacturing packaging. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are essential for success at this fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Operate conveyors and equipment in the Fresh Stick area.
• Maintain sanitation of conveyors, rework and spiral freezer systems.
• Set up Xray, studs and other pack lines as required.
• Label totes, ensure correct packaging of finished products and pre-ops.
