Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Cheese Packager for a full-time position on a 2-2-3 schedule (7am–7pm). The role focuses on sanitary packaging and operating conveyors, spirals, and X-ray systems to meet customer needs.

You’ll work across packaging areas, maintain sanitation, document procedures, and support a collaborative team focused on quality and efficiency. Prior packaging experience helps, with a strong safety mindset and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate conveyors, packaging lines, and tote equipment in various areas.
• Maintain sanitation and troubleshoot packaging machinery.
• Follow pre-ops, paperwork, and safety procedures daily.
• Assist production and communicate issues to supervision.
