Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is hiring for a Packager at our Little Chute, WI plant. The role focuses on sanitary, efficient packaging to meet customer needs and overall goals. The position involves working across multiple packaging areas and supporting production teams.

Responsibilities include operating conveyors, spiral freezers, Xray systems, sorters, tote fill, dry pack lines, and rework processes, with daily documentation and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year manufacturing packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate conveyors pre spiral freezer for production.
• Direct product to the rework line as needed.
• Operate the rework system and sanitation processes.
• Maintain brine fat removal system during production.
• Set up spiral freezer and complete CIP documentation.
• Set up Xray machines and perform washdown tasks.
• Set up Key Sorters and ensure correct recipes are loaded.
• Operate tote fill line and label totes for packaging.
• Oversee dry pack area operations including erector and wrapper.
• Document packaging paperwork and complete pre-ops.
