Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, TX is seeking a FT Nights Charge RN for the PCU East Unit to lead nursing operations, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and mentor staff during night shifts.

The RN Charge will oversee staffing, coordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team, manage bed flow, and uphold policy compliance while promoting a supportive work environment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports nursing and support staff, delegating tasks as needed.
• Evaluates staff performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Oversees assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
