Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
• Observe and document changes in resident status.
• Transcribe physician orders and carry out orders as written.
• Administer medications and perform wound care as needed.
• Provide nursing leadership and promote teamwork.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Ensure adequate medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in end-of-life care as needed.
