The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus is seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing care on the unit in El Paso, TX. This role focuses on supervising RNs, guiding staff during shifts, and ensuring smooth patient care delivery.

The Charge RN collaborates with physicians and the care team, participates in patient/family education, and upholds professional nursing standards across the unit. A strong leader with acute care expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred academic bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support and supervise Registered Nurses in nursing care delivery.
• Ensure the nursing unit runs smoothly and oversees shift transitions.
• Provide patient and family teaching and leadership in collaboration with leadership and staff.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, nurses and ancillary staff to maintain professional nursing standards.
