Redfield Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic in Redfield, SD is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead the unit on night shift, ensuring safe patient care and coordinating staff across the nursing team.

RN licensure in South Dakota and nursing experience are required; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC certifications are preferred. The role focuses on leadership, staffing, and improving patient outcomes within the department.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current license to practice in the state of South Dakota.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC certifications.
• Minimum one year nursing experience required prior to charge nurse role.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff on a shift.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs, and coordinates the unit's workflow.
• Monitors patient care and unit processes for safety and customer focus.
