A healthcare institution in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technician to join the Night Shift Labor & Delivery Team. The role involves assisting with deliveries, maintaining operating rooms, and supporting nursing staff. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant certifications, and preferably a year of operating room experience. This position is full-time with a demanding schedule, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior practice as surgical technologist in a health care facility before Sept 1, 2009.
• Must have certifications as CST, LVN, and BCLS.
• 1 year current operating room experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and break down vaginal delivery carts.
• Stock ORs and Labor & Delivery rooms.
• Transport instruments to Sterile Processing for sterilization.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries when requested.
• Serve as unit secretary when needed.
