Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Cellar Tech 2 to support safe, efficient cellar production. You'll operate cellar machinery, perform quality checks, and enter data into the inventory system while maintaining a clean, GMP-compliant workspace. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and train teammates on moderately complex procedures.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity, with collaboration across departments and a focus on sustainability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency plus 2 years in beverage production/manufacturing/operations.
• Must wear a respirator when necessary.
• Able to read and execute simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Work at heights and in small areas.
• Comply with GMP policies.
• Able to travel up to 5% for onboarding, training and events.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate cellar machine centers and perform Cellar Tech 1 duties under supervision.
• Complete production reporting and quality checks; enter data into inventory system.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, food-safety compliant work area and follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement, emphasize safety, quality and productivity, and train others on basic procedures.
• Contribute to operational documentation and collaborate across teams; promote sustainability efforts.
