Join GALLO as a Cellar Tech 2 and contribute to safe, efficient, and quality-focused cellar production. Working under moderate supervision, you'll perform Cellar Tech 1 duties while operating cellar machine centers across designated training areas and helping identify and resolve equipment issues.
You'll safely operate assigned equipment, complete production reporting and quality checks, and enter information into the inventory database. You'll help maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and Food Safety-compliant work area while following safety, quality, GMP, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, demonstrate urgency around safety, quality, and productivity, and train others on moderately complex procedures, including basic machine functions and troubleshooting. You'll also support operational documentation, communicate effectively across teams and departments, and help advance sustainability practices through conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling efforts.
