Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring for a dedicated grocery delivery driver in the United States. You will work a night shift with weekends, on a 6-day schedule, and return home weekly for a 34-hour reset.

Compensation includes training pay of $650/week, starting mileage pay at $0.49/mile rising to $0.60/mile after 3 years, and average weekly pay between $1,100 and $1,300, plus per-stop bonuses and performance/safety bonuses.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old, valid Class A CDL
• 120 hours CDL school minimum
• No experience required; experienced: 6 months in 12 or 12 months in 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated grocery deliveries on a 6-day schedule
• No touch freight with drop and hook or live unload
• Operate both reefer and dry van trailers

The Schedule

• Home weekly for a 34 hour reset
• Night shift, weekends included

The Pay

• $650 a week in training
• $0.49 per mile to start, rising to $0.60 at 3 years

• $10 first extra stop, $15 each after
• Performance and safety bonus

The Freight

• Training may be regional or OTR with the first available mentor

What You Need

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120 hours CDL school minimum
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months in 12 or 12 months in 5 years
• DD214 considered
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
