Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Daytona Beach, FL seeks CDL-A drivers to haul groceries, produce and frozen foods across the U.S. You’ll begin with 4–6 weeks of mentor training earning $650 per week, then move to steady reefer freight with no unloading and a guaranteed $1,000 weekly pay for the first 3 months solo.

Expect 1,900–2,500+ miles weekly, mostly drop-and-hook, and home every two weeks. Medical coverage after 30 days, 401k match, orientation pay, and rider/pet policy follow training completion.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older.
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.

Job description

Getting Road Ready

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor
• $650 per week training pay
• Your own truck after sign off

The Freight

• Temperature controlled loads, no unloading
• 1,900 to 2,500+ miles a week

Your Pay

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Mileage pay that grows with experience
