Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring for a driver role in Utah. You will handle round-trip grocery deliveries, returning home each week. No unloading is required, and the operation runs around the clock with holidays worked.

New CDL holders can expect paid training and weekly training pay, with medical/dental/vision benefits starting at 30 days and a 401(k) with company match. Orientation pay is provided, and the trip to orientation is covered.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license, 21+ years old.
• 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• DOT physical and hair/urine drug testing clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Operate round-trip grocery loads.
• Be home every week.
• No unloading required on loads.
• Work on a 24/7 schedule, including holidays.

Pay

• $1,000 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• $60,000 to $75,000 a year
• 2,500 to 3,000 miles a week
• $10 first stop, $15 each stop after

Requirements

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL
• Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
