Akumin Inc in Macon, GA is seeking dependable CDL Class A truck drivers to operate mobile medical trailer units for local deliveries of diagnostic equipment.

You will drive tractors at night, set up and tear down at client sites, and may move 1-2 trailers per night; training lasts 4-6 weeks to learn routes and procedures.

A clean driving record, DOT certification, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license in state of residence and DOT Medical certification.
• Able to set up medical diagnostic equipment at delivery sites (training provided).
• Clean DOT driving record and ability to handle heavy equipment safely.
• Comfortable with night-time local deliveries of medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailers for local deliveries of medical diagnostic equipment.
• Set up and tear down medical equipment at client sites; load/unload trailers (30-45 minutes).
• Move trailers at night to hospitals and clinics; operate safely and report issues.
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations; maintain safety as priority.
