Akumin Inc. in Macon, GA is seeking dependable CDL Class A truck drivers to operate mobile medical imaging trailers (MRI, PET & CT). Night shifts involve moving trailers to hospital and clinic locations, with 1–2 trailers per night and 30–45 minutes setup.

Training spans 4–6 weeks to learn routes and setup procedures. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, safety checks, and compliance with ICC/DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Commercial driving experience; clean DOT driving record.
• Ability to set up medical diagnostic equipment at delivery sites (training provided).
• Able to work night shifts and handle heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractors with automatic transmission for local deliveries of medical imaging equipment.
• Move and set up trailers at client locations; unload/load as needed.
• Coordinate with MRI/CT teams; complete safety protocols and DOT regulations.
