Job summary

Akumin is hiring CDL Class A truck drivers for mobile medical trailer deliveries in Statesboro, GA. You will haul 1–2 trailers per night, set up and tear down medical equipment, and follow DOT regulations with strict safety standards. Training lasting 4–6 weeks is provided.

Shifts run 2PM–6PM and 12AM–4AM, four to five nights weekly, with some weekend nights. Eligible candidates have a valid CDL A, DOT medical certification, and a clean driving record; must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license and DOT Medical certification required or preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to set up medical equipment at delivery sites (training provided).
• Ability to drive large tractor trailers and perform safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailers for local deliveries of medical diagnostic equipment.
• Move trailers at night to locations where appointments are scheduled.
• Set up and tear down medical equipment at destination; unload/pack trailer (30–45 minutes).
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations; maintain safety as priority.
