Performance Foodservice in Matthews, NC is seeking an experienced CDL-A driver to join our night dispatch fleet. You will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering and unloading food products to customers on time and in good condition.

You must adhere to DOT regulations, complete required paperwork, verify deliveries with customers, and maintain a professional image while representing the company.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and clean MVR.
• Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and DOT inspections.
• Deliver and unload food products per route schedule.
• Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures.
• Complete DOT required logs and paperwork.
