Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A driver to deliver and unload food products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight truck, follow DOT regulations, and maintain safety and accuracy in every delivery.

The role requires weeknights with a 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. dispatch window and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts. Competitive pay, benefits from day one, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products to customers safely and on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Complete required paperwork accurately for every shipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly tractor, trailer and loading dock areas.
