Job summary

SA Recycling is seeking a Truck Driver to move material to customers and back to yards, operating 18-wheeler equipment and adhering to DOT regulations. The role emphasizes safety and professional conduct, with teamwork to support a safe yard environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of CDL driving experience, pass a DOT medical exam and drug test, and consent to a background check and Clearinghouse. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Must have CDL driving experience with a consistent job history.
• Ability to communicate with office and customers to determine commodities to load.
• Bi-lingual English & Spanish is a plus and can aid in safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers hauling scrap metal.
• Perform DOT daily operation and safety inspection.
• Communicate with office and customers to determine commodities to load.
• Work with yard staff to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
